Individual Sessions - Consultation
When you come for an Individual Session, the reasons you have come will be discussed and explored. Depending on what it is that you are coming with, and what is arising in the moment, Ciara will suggest various ways of working through these issues.
Ciara works in a dynamic way so that you get the most out of your sessions, often incorporating elements of Family Systems & Constellation work, Timeline exploration, ways of digesting past traumas as well as practical steps in moving towards the future.
Ciara will support and empower you on your journey to come to your own insights and healing. Regardless of what type of Session or Workshop is being facilitated.
The key signature and power of the work come from the Safe Container (Secure Frame) that is created for the work to occur.

Individual Sessions - Modalities
